The Softest and Chewiest Chocolate Chip Cookies Ever!
For This Recipe, You Will Need the Following Utensils
- mixer or electric hand mixer
- bowl
- spatula
- cookie scoop or spoon
- parchment paper
- baking pan
Total Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 30 people
Ingredients
Ingredients | Quantity |
Salted Butter | ¾ cups |
Brown Sugar | 1 cup |
Egg | 1 |
Vanilla Extract | 2 tbsp |
All Purpose Flour | 2 cups |
Baking Soda | 1 tsp |
Salt | ½ tsp |
Chocolate Chips | 1 ½ cups |
Preparation
- Preheat the Oven to 350 degrees Farhenite
- Preparing the wet ingredients
- in a bowl cream together the butter with a hand mixer until it is fluffy
- add in the brown sugar and mix until fluffy in texture
- add in the vanilla extract (if you like a stronger vanilla flavor feel free to add more extract!)
- whisk in the egg
- mix until everything is combined well
- preparing the dry ingredients
- to the bowl with the wet ingredients, add in the flour
- add in the baking soda
- mix and add in the salt
- mix all the ingredients until a sticky dough-like texture is established
- add in the chocolate chips (you may add more or less depending on how chocolaty you want the cookies to be)
- mix everything until it is combined
- making the cookies
- line the baking tray with parchment paper
- scoop up one cookie scoop and place it on a tray
- if you don’t have a cookie scoop you can use 1 tbsp
- for the best shape of cookies, roll the cookie dough into a ball and then place it on the baking tray
- baking the cookies
- bake the cookies at 350 degrees Farhenite for 10 minutes
- cooling the cookies
- cool the cookies for 5 minutes before consuming them (or you can enjoy them warm as well!)
